Terry Paranych
Founder and CEO
Terry is the founder and CEO of the Paranych Group of Companies, which includes Plex Developments, SuperStarAgent.com, Paranych Rental Communities, and the Re/Max Elite Group of real estate offices. Terry is known for his entrepreneurial efforts in the real estate market, and is a major contributor to charities and youth sports teams in the Edmonton Area. His expertise in construction, development, and real estate is vital to the exciting new projects being developed by Plex Developments. Born and raised in Edmonton; Terry recognized the need for new housing in our thriving city, but not at the cost of sacrificing Edmonton’s historic communities.

Rob Hebert
Vice President of Construction
Rob Hebert grew up in Prince Edward Island with a love of people and landscaping. He received a degree with honours from the Nova Scotia Agricultural College, and after working in construction and landscaping for a few years, realized that there was a need to build homes as well as renovation and landscape beautification in the real estate industry. Moving to Alberta, he turned his attention to his own business Maple Isle Homes. Rob has spent 20 years in the general construction industry as a consultant, site superintendent, and the owner/operator in the residential construction industry. He brings honesty, integrity, quality, good business sense, and energy to all his projects with Plex Developments as the Vice President of Construction.
